Cancellation

Cancellation is accepted unless otherwise agreed. Cancelleation later than 14 days ahead of departure is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Have you confirmed a booking in writing, you can cancel free of charge until two weeks before. After that date we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 20% of the contract revenue depending on whether we have had to reject other customers as a result of your order or if we have other missions on the helicopter.
