Gift certificates

Gift certificates are proof of payment for a timelimited right to a certain helicopter transport within 12 months from date of payment.
Gift certificates for 1 or 2 people commences sundays only from 12:00 .  Any tour requires minimum 3 people before it starts.  Below are more details regarding termsof the use and booking of tours based on gift certificates.

The gift certificate is not a physical object regulated under the norwegian act of purchase.  It is not a document of commercial value, and payment is not subject to refund. The gift certificate is a proof of payment for a timelimited right to a certain service of transport. Replacement of lost certificate is possible.  The right that is represented by the gift certificate expires 12 months after date of purchase. The giftcertificate represents a personal right and can not be used by others.  Booking of the tour represented by the certificate, can be done by phone, however it must reconfirmed by e-mail with date and time of day in order to be valid.  Booking and date of tour must both be within 12 month from date of purchase.  Exceptions are if Heliwing considers the weather conditions or technical issues preventing the tour on the booked date.  The previous term is the only occation where extention of validity is approved, and up to next possible day only. Heliwing has the sole right in of decision in this matter.  If a holder of a gift certificate fails to appear on a booked and confirmed tour, without a written concent of a new date, the right represented by the certificate is regarded as consumed.  There are no refund or compensation in such cases. 

The helicopters accomodates 3, 4 or 5 passengers.  Tours can be booked all days and for flying in daylight only.  Gift certificates for 1 or 2 people are honored on sundays only after 12:00 and requires minimum 3 passengers.

The purchaser of gift certificates has the sole and independant responsibility of informing the holder regarding these terms.
