Taking photographs from the air is restricted by the norwegian state security authority. However, permission may be optained.
This is called photo license, and can be obtained from the National Security Agency, NSM.
It is easy to get permission to individual missions limited in time and scope. This you can get both by phone and fax. Exempt from this requirement, are passengers of aircrafts on charter or taxi traffic. Otherwise, it is forbidden to take pictures without it. A general license must applied for. This takes 3-6 weeks.
