Cancellation is accepted unless otherwise agreed. Cancelleation later than 14 days ahead of departure is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Baggage

General helicopter rental prices are listed here, and stated in NOK. per. hour in the air. Waiting on ground and start fee at airports will apply.

Approvals & restrictions

Air transport is a highly regulated business. The Helicopter Society, pilots and the Civil Aviation Authority are working closely to ensure that rules are followed. Helicopter is a very flexible and technically advanced machine that can land practically anywhere.

Insurance - Safety

Passengers, baggage and property on ground is insured for up to NOK 10.000.000,-

Flyging in the dark or at night

For flights with passengers in the dark or at night, a helicopter with two engines is required. This is substantially more expensive and should be taken into consideration when the costs are to be calculated.

Permissions for aerial photography

Taking photographs from the air is restricted by the norwegian state security authority.   However, permission may be optained.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are proof of payment for a timelimited right to a certain helicopter transport within 12 months from date of payment.
Gift certificates for 1 or 2 people commences sundays only from 12:00 .  Any tour requires minimum 3 people before it starts.  Below are more details regarding termsof the use and booking of tours based on gift certificates.
